Description

CS Executive Programme has a total of 8 subjects which has been divided into two groups i.e., Module 1 and Module 2 consisting of 4 subjects each.

Module 1 consists of the following 4 subjects;

Paper 1: Jurisprudence, Interpretation and General Laws - Theory Paper

Paper 2: Company Law - Theory Paper

Paper 3: Setting up of Business Entities and Closure - Theory Paper 

Paper 4: Tax Laws - MCQ Paper

Module 2 consists of the following 4 subjects;

Paper 5: Corporate and Management Accounting - MCQ Paper

Paper 6: Securities Laws and Capital Markets - Theory Paper

Paper 7: Economic, Business and Commercial Laws - Theory Paper 

Paper 8: Financial and Strategic Management - MCQ Paper
